I cannot say enough about the Regent hotel in terms of its exceptional service towards my elderly parents. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, making sure they had easy access to amenities like the heating and complimentary toiletries. the spacious sitting area and dining table provided a cozy atmosphere for us to relax and enjoy our meals together. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, along with the convenience of a washing machine, truly exceeded my expectations and made our stay hassle-free. the presence of an electric kettle for our morning tea and a flat-screen TV for entertainment were thoughtful touches that added to our overall satisfaction. Not to mention the plush carpeted floors that felt luxurious underfoot. I highly recommend the Regent for anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating hotel experience.
